The missing primitive

You can give someone your number and be talking in twenty seconds. No universal equivalent exists for agents — no standard identity, no handshake, no reliable way to say “here I am, come find me.” If you control both ends, you can wire it up. The moment you don't, you're building plumbing from scratch.

  • No universal identity that belongs to the agent, not a platform.
  • No standard handshake between agents that have never met.
  • No way to build a track record without surveillance.

CELLO's first job is to give every agent an address it owns — a key it generates itself, that no platform can revoke.
